New for 2024

Membership Cards are back again!

Volunteer Hour Rebates
Members must submit their volunteer activity and hours worked in order to qualify for the $75 rebate. Submit either the Individual or Team Event forms for Board approval. Note that Project Leader and Director's signatures are required on all submitted forms.
Upon approval, the $75 rebate is loaded to your Membership/Debit card. You will be notified by email when this transaction occurs. Bring this email or letter to apply the Rebate against the next year's Membership Fee.
On-Line Renewals
Renewing Members have the option of renewing online as in 2023. If you were a member in 2023 and if no address changes from your 2023 application, you can renew your membership online. Online renewals require a Credit/Debit Card along with your 2023 Membership/Debit card for payment and to validate your 2023 membership.

Application or Renewals
New Members - New Members are required to fill out the Membership Application Form and mail or bring to the Clubhouse with your required fee as specified on the Membership Form.

Renewing Members - If you were a member in 2023 and if no changes from your 2023 application, you can renew your membership online and pay with a credit card.
If approved and payment received, you will be issued a 2024 Membership card. If not approved, you will be contacted and a refund provided.
Renewing Members with changes from their 2023 application and New Members will have to fill out a Membership Application Form and mail in or bring to the clubhouse with your payment amount as specified on the Membership Application. Once the form with the liability waiver signed and required payment is received your Applications are reviewed at the monthly Director meetings. If approved you will be issued a 2024 Member Card and Membership/Debit card. If not approved you will be contacted and given a refund.

Life
Members must annuallysubmit an Application Form making certain to sign the liability waiver.
Life members with changes from their 2023 application are asked to fill out a Membership Application Form and mail in or bring to the clubhouse.

Annual Memberships(for 2024(Jan 1 thru Dec 31)) are:

$200.00 Family Membership, includes spouse and any children under the age of 18 or 25 with a student I.D.. Family Memberships qualify for a Rebate of $75 with 8 hours of board approved work hours.

$150.00 Single Membership, Single Memberships qualify for a Rebate of $75 with 8 hours of board approved work hours.
For Members that qualify for a board approved rebate, the $75 rebate is added directly to your membership card. You will be notified by email when this transaction occurs.

$50.00 Junior Membership – Available for Students between the ages of 18 & 25, Rebate not available.

Membership/ Debit card account

Upon Board approval of your Membership Application, all Annual and Life Members receive a Membership/Debit card in addition to the Annual Membership Card. Membership/Debit cards may be used for multiple years and Membership cards are issued annually.
Funds are added to your Membership/ Debit card account by the bartender. When you apply money to your account the club includes an additional 10% for each increment of $50 received. Example: You pay $50 and you get $55 applied; you pay $100 and you get $110 applied. Membership/Debit cards (discounted funds) may not be used for certain purchases including Annual Membership and League Fees.

 

For the occasional shooter a Day membership is available for $15.00
Members play a critical role in the ongoing success of our club!
We encourage all members to take an active role in volunteering with club projects.

The Hudson Rod Gun and Archery Club is governed by Wisconsin State Law which allows for year around operations from the hours of 6am to 11pm. Unless otherwised established due to other programming requests or circumstances, the club most currently operates under the above hours of operation for most general shooting by both members and the general public. Programming and/or operating hours, while always subject to change without notice, will be typically posted on the clubs web calendar accessible elsewhere from this page. Be sure and check the calendar regularly for any additions, updates and/or other changes.
