We offer the following membership options:

Membership Cards

New for 2024, Annual Membership cards are issued to ALL Members. The 2024 Annual Membership card must be presented to the bartender as proof of 2024 membership for ALL purchases. Present this card to the bartender as you sign up for adding funds to your Membership/Debit card and paying for daily range fees, league fees and all other Member events and discounted fees.

Membership/Debit cards will continue to be issued with every new membership. 2023 Debit cards will not be replaced for 2024. Bartenders may recommend a replacement card as failures arise. As the inventory of the 2023 Debit card is depleted, then new multi-year Debit cards will be available. Reminder: Money that you add to your Debit card includes an additional 10% for each $50 increment received. Example: You pay $50 and $55 is applied; with $100 paid $110 is applied.

Volunteer Hour Rebates

Members must submit their volunteer activity and hours worked in order to qualify for the $75 rebate. Submit either the Individual or Team Event forms for Board approval. Note that Project Leader and Director's signatures are required on all submitted forms.

Upon approval, the $75 rebate is loaded to your membership/debit card. You will be notified by email when this transaction occurs.

Application or Renewal

New Members or Renewing Members/Life Members with changes from their 2023 application -
Please purchase a membership option above. Or, complete the Membership Application Form with signed liability waiver and bring it (or mail it) to the Clubhouse with your required fee.

Renewing Members - If you were a member in 2023 and have no changes from your 2023 application, you can renew your membership online.

Life Members must annually submit an application form with signed liability waiver.

Approval Process

Application and payment is not guarantee of membership. Membership application with liability waiver must be reviewed and approved at a monthly board meeting. Cards are issued upon approval. If not approved you will be contacted and given a refund.

Membership/Debit card account

Upon Board approval of your Membership Application, all Annual and Life Members receive a Membership/Debit card in addition to the Annual Membership Card. Membership/Debit cards may be used for multiple years and Membership cards are issued annually.

Funds are added to your Membership/ Debit card account by the bartender. When you apply money to your account the club includes an additional 10% for each increment of $50 received. Example: You pay $50 and you get $55 applied; you pay $100 and you get $110 applied. Membership/Debit cards (discounted funds) may not be used for certain purchases including Annual Membership and League Fees.
